Invito alla lode
[1]Salmo. In rendimento di grazie.
[2]Acclamate al Signore, voi tutti della terra,
servite il Signore nella gioia,
presentatevi a lui con esultanza.
[3]Riconoscete che il Signore è Dio;
egli ci ha fatti e noi siamo suoi,
suo popolo e gregge del suo pascolo.
[4]Varcate le sue porte con inni di grazie,
i suoi atri con canti di lode,
lodatelo, benedite il suo nome;
[5]poiché buono è il Signore,
eterna la sua misericordia,
la sua fedeltà per ogni generazione.

A psalm. For giving grateful praise.
1 Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth.
2 Worship the Lord with gladness;
come before him with joyful songs.
3 Know that the Lord is God.
It is he who made us, and we are his[a];
we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving
and his courts with praise;
give thanks to him and praise his name.
5 For the Lord is good and his love endures forever;
his faithfulness continues through all generations.
Commento al filmato: è di una bellezza sontuosa questo “Allegro” del Concerto in Fa Magg di Vivaldi, le note maestose di due Corni cantano con esultanza l’inno di lode del Responsoriale tratto dal Salmo 99 illuminano di luce splendente “Gesù glorificato” di Beato Angelico e “Disputa del Sacramento” di Raffaello:
Acclamate il Signore, voi tutti della terra,
servite il Signore nella gioia,
presentatevi a lui con esultanza.

Commentary on the video: this “Allegro” from the Concerto in F Major by Vivaldi is of sumptuous beauty, the majestic notes of two horns sing with exultation the hymn of praise of the Responsorial taken from Psalm 99 illuminating with shining light “Jesus glorified” by Fra Angelico and Raphael’s “Disputa del Sacramento”:
Acclaim the Lord, all you of the earth, serve the Lord in joy, present yourself to him with exultation.
