Salmi – Capitolo 36
Malizia del peccatore e bontà di Dio
[1]Al maestro del coro. Di Davide servo del Signore.
[2]Nel cuore dell’empio parla il peccato,
davanti ai suoi occhi non c’è timor di Dio.
[3]Poiché egli si illude con se stesso
nel ricercare la sua colpa e detestarla.
[4]Inique e fallaci sono le sue parole,
rifiuta di capire, di compiere il bene.
[5]Iniquità trama sul suo giaciglio,
si ostina su vie non buone,
via da sé non respinge il male.
[6]Signore, la tua grazia è nel cielo,
la tua fedeltà fino alle nubi;
[7]la tua giustizia è come i monti più alti,
il tuo giudizio come il grande abisso:
uomini e bestie tu salvi, Signore.
[8]Quanto è preziosa la tua grazia, o Dio!
Si rifugiano gli uomini all’ombra delle tue ali,
[9]si saziano dell’abbondanza della tua casa
e li disseti al torrente delle tue delizie.
[10]E’ in te la sorgente della vita,
alla tua luce vediamo la luce.
[11]Concedi la tua grazia a chi ti conosce,
la tua giustizia ai retti di cuore.
[12]Non mi raggiunga il piede dei superbi,
non mi disperda la mano degli empi.
[13]Ecco, sono caduti i malfattori,
abbattuti, non possono rialzarsi.

Malice of the sinner and goodness of God
[1] To the choir master. David’s servant of the Lord. [2] Sin speaks in the heart of the wicked, there is no fear of God before his eyes. [3] Because he deludes himself with himself in seeking his guilt and detesting it. [4] His words are unfair and fallacious, refuses to understand, to do good. [5] Iniquity plots on his bed, he persists in ways that are not good, away from himself he does not reject evil. [6] Lord, your grace is in heaven, your faithfulness to the clouds; [7] your righteousness is like the highest mountains, your judgment like the great abyss: men and beasts you save, Lord. [8] How precious is your grace, O God! Men take refuge in the shadow of your wings, [9] they are satisfied with the abundance of your house and quench their thirst in the torrent of your delights. [10] The source of life is in you, in your light we see the light. [11] Grant your grace to those who know you, your righteousness to the upright in heart. [12] May not the foot of the proud overtake me, do not let the hand of the wicked scatter me. [13] Behold, the evildoers have fallen, downcast, they cannot get up.
commento al filmato: le note strazianti della tromba nel brano “Sofferenza” dal Miserere di Allegri, cantano con il Salmista l’insopportabile dolore per l’apparemnte successo dell’empio:

ma dal versetto 6, la tromba solista dello splendido “Allegro” del Concerto in Sib Magg. di Vivaldi, innalza una maestosa Lode alla Grazia ed alla Giustizia del Signore
